This included arranging contractor services for home improvements that were needed to get the house ready to sell. He was extremely responsive to our questions and was very prompt in contacting us as the process moved through each stage of selling. He is honest, practical, and thorough. Then when I met him, I also found out that he is brilliantly funny, brilliantly detailed, removes all worry, and replaces it with warranted trust. Stephen worked with us to sell my Mom's house. He viewed the house and set up a selling plan, which was very detailed. He let us know what we needed to do to the house to get it "sell" ready. He kept us informed every step of the way. He showed us the listing before it was actually listed. When it went on the market he kept us informed how things were going. The home sold fast because Stephen has a great knowledge of the local neighborhood. My sister (who lives out of town) is my Mom's POA and Stephen went out of his way to meet with her with all papers that needed to be signed. He is a very professional Realtor® and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
